THE FLOOR. Superbly machined by the world’s foremost producer of one-strip engineered boards, our flooring is specifically designed for the HEAT!! Engineered Oak Timber Flooring 14.5mm thick allows stability in our practice as well as a sense of support and comfort.
THE HEAT. Have we got some special heaters!!! SunRay’s Slimline Radiant Panel Heaters achieve maximum beneficial heat output using minimum energy. Neatly hidden into our suspended ceiling, we have 24 panels across studio 1 and 14 panels across studio 2 where heat is evenly distributed to allow for that extra sweat factor without any stuffiness. Healthier than conventional heating systems, our heaters bare no airborne dust or fumes and are suitable for people with respiratory problems, allergies or asthma. THE AIR. Cleanliness is paramount at PHY!! The air that we breathe has a great impact on our lives. The quality of the air that we breathe is also of essential importance for our well-being. Our IQAir Health Pro® 250 (we affectionately call R2D2) offers the most advanced air cleaning solutions for indoor air pollution. Filtering the air in the studio multiple times per day, our IQAir filters allergens and particulate matter, chemicals and odours, bacteria and viruses as well as vehicle and industrial pollutants. THE SOUND. With six speakers spread throughout the ceiling in Studio 1 and four in Studio 2, our Sony sound system offers an opportunity to have some music fun in our Beats classes as well as the ability to bliss out in our Balance classes. It can also make for a very special savasana (final resting pose)!!
THE EXTRAS. Our beautiful studios also offer massive mirrors for alignment purposes, ballet bars for balance and stretch opportunities, a stunning fire place in Studio 1 and a water feature in Studio 2 to meditate on or find your dristi (gaze point), extra special quotes and murals as well as all the props (blocks, straps, bolsters etc) that our practice requires!!

Our warm and welcoming reception area is set up for easy access into and out of our classes. We have a foyer area where you place your shoes before entering the studio. Alternatively, if you don’t feel comfortable leaving your shoes there, you may place them in your bag which can then be held in the storage area. Silver, Gold or Platinum Members of Power House Yoga have a designated area where they can leave their yoga mats at the studio.
SHOWERS. For those dedicated yogi’s that wish to go straight to work or play after a yoga practice, luxury showering facilities are available complete with natural shower products as well as a quality hair dryer and straightener for student use.
FILTERED WATER At Power House Yoga we believe in doing all we can for the benefit of our health as well as the health of our environment. We offer alkalized, ionized and purified water with our UltraStream Alkaline Water Filter. For a small fee of $1, you can fill up your water bottle with this nutritious water. You will be helping the environment at the same time by not adding plastic water bottles to waste.
We are conveniently located in the beautiful Berwick business district in the heart of the City of Casey. We are central to the surrounding suburbs of Narre Warren, Beaconsfield, Officer, Pakenham, Cranbourne, Lynbrook and Dandenong.
There is plenty of nearby parking and we are within walking distance to public transport, making Power House Yoga very accessible and easy to find for all to come and enjoy.

Simply walk down to the end of the hallway, up the stairs and there we are in our very light and quiet space. All of our lovely neighbours are very friendly and welcoming, so make sure you say hi if you pass anyone. As yogis, we like to smile and say hi to strangers!!
